This role requires at least two years in deep foundation estimating, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), and strong skills in plan

Qualifications

• Two years of deep foundation estimating experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong plan reading, quantity takeoff, cost development, and estimating software skills.
• Office-based in Irondale, AL.

Responsabilités

• Prepare deep foundation estimates for drilled shafts, driven pile, earth retention, ground improvement, and related scopes.
• Develop takeoffs and costs from drawings, specifications, geotechnical info, and bid documents.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and bid strategy impacts.
• Coordinate bid documents and proposal information with internal stakeholders and subs.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to validate means, methods, crew sizing, and equipment needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other partners.
