Job summary

Atlas Foundation Company seeks an experienced Deep Foundation Estimator / Project Manager to join our team in Osseo, MN. You will identify opportunities, develop estimates, prepare proposals, and manage projects from award through completion.

You will work closely with customers, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and Atlas teams to address constructability, risk, and value engineering while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating and/or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of deep foundation systems and related means/methods.
• Ability to interpret plans, perform takeoffs, develop costs, and prepare complete proposals.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, engineers, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project opportunities within Atlas's scope of services.
• Develop accurate, competitive estimates and clear proposals.
• Manage awarded projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and subcontractors with field teams.
• Monitor project costs, production, and overall financial performance.
• Travel to project sites and industry events as required.
