The Deductions Analyst is responsible for investigating, validating, and resolving customer deductions to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely recovery of invalid claims. This role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, and Finance to identify root causes, reduce recurring deductions, and support continuous improvement in the order‑to‑cash process.
Pay Range: $25 to $29.80/hourly (based on experience).This is a full-time, on-siterole based out of our corporate office in Lodi, CA. This position is eligible for the annual profit-sharing bonus program.
