Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead our new Distribution Center in Woodland, CA. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America. This facility is a year-round labeling and shipping operation with approximately 70 employees and three production lines.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year (based on experience). This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our distribution center in Woodland, CA.
