Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide close, continuous observation of at‑risk patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and report concerns to RN.
• Remain within arm’s length of the patient during tests or procedures.
• Document observations accurately and legibly; communicate any untoward events.
