Job summary
McLaren Nursing Assistant needed for per diem night shifts. You will deliver patient-centered care under RN supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS certification as Healthcare Provider or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant program or clinical rotation.
- Direct patient care experience preferred; at least six months if specialized education not met.
Responsibilities
- Performs patient care interventions as delegated by the RN.
- Delivers compassionate support to patients and families.
- Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility).
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations.
- Maintains a safe, clean environment and follows infection-control policies.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
