Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred completion of a nursing assistant program.
• Preferred one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain verbal report from nurse regarding patient care needs, diagnosis, barriers and special considerations.
• Position self at bedside to maintain constant visual observation; do not leave patient unattended.
• Follow nurse instructions for ambulation limitations and redirection as needed.
