• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to align with service requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll in compliance with standards.
• Manage billing processes; resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns.
• Partner with PTL to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and oversee safety programs including Smart Drive and coaching.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
