Job summary

EPES Transport, a Penske Logistics company, seeks a Dedicated Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations for assigned Dedicated Account(s) in Greensboro, NC. You will drive profitability through contract compliance, expense control, and growth while leading safety programs and coordinating with drivers.

Primary responsibilities include scheduling shipments, payroll submissions, billing accuracy, and collaboration with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Two years of transportation operation experience required.
• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills and dispatch knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to align with service requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission per company standards.
• Manage billing processes and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns and escalations.
• Partner with PTL to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and oversee company safety programs, including Smart Drive and driver coaching.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.
