Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, payroll submission, billing accuracy, driver engagement, maintenance coordination and implementation of safety programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of Transportation Operation experience in a fast-paced setting.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Intermediate dispatch and geography knowledge.
• Basic finance understanding and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to meet service requirements.
• Process payroll accurately and timely per company standards.
• Manage billing processes and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns.
• Coordinate with PTL for maintenance and repairs.
• Implement safety programs and driver coaching initiatives.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.
