Job summary

American Driver is hiring for a multi-state regional lane offering steady miles and weekly home time for your 34-hour reset. You’ll be the face of the brand at every stop, delivering dependable service and representing the company with confidence.

Paid training, 24/7 driver support, and generous compensation await: average weekly gross $1,900–$2,270+; annual $88k–$98k+. CPM ranges from $0.81 to $0.84; $335 unload pay, $25 per stop, $50 backhaul, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Home weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and 3 months of verifiable experience.
• No more than 1 preventable CMV accident in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test, no positive or refused drug test in the past 10 years.
• SAP drivers not eligible for hire

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:

• Average weekly gross $1,900 to $2,270+, earn $88K to $98K+ annually
• CPM $0.81 to $0.84 based on verifiable experience
• $335 unload pay per full trailer, $25 per stop, $50 backhaul pay
• All-in pay $1.35 CPM including accessorial and stop pay
• $2,500 sign-on bonus

Freight & Equipment:

• 100% touch freight, live unloads at FD stores using rollers
• 3 to 7 stops per load, 3 loads per week
• Average 1,500 miles per week
• Runs International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
• Early AM start, deliveries throughout the day
