You will handle 100% touch freight with a 34-hour weekly reset at home, early morning starts, and assignments across AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV. Mileage pay increases with verified experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• 100% touch freight; must be physically able to perform an unload using a roller system.
• Accidents and tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on multi-state regional routes across AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV.
• Operate a late-model fleet with early morning start times.
• Maintain safe, compliant driving and load handling practices.

Unmatched Earning Potential & Component Pay:

• Guaranteed Base: $1,700/week after training.
• $1000 SIGN ON BONUS
• Top Earners: Make up to $2,300/week based on production and experience.
• High-Value Mileage Scale (Based on Verified Experience):
  • 6 Months: $0.50 CPM | 12 Months: $0.51 CPM | 18 Months: $0.52 CPM
  • 24 Months: $0.53 CPM | 36 Months: $0.55 CPM | 48 Months: $0.57 CPM
  • 60 Months: $0.59 CPM | 72 Months: $0.61 CPM | 84 Months: $0.63 CPM
  • 96 Months: $0.65 CPM | 108 Months: $0.67 CPM | 120+ Months: $0.69 CPM
• Unload Pay: $245 per load (100% touch freight).
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop (3 to 7 stops per load / 3 loads per week).
• Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
• Paid Orientation: 1-week shadow training / ride-along paid at $150/day.

Home Time & Routes:

• Home Weekly: Predictable schedule with a full 34-hour weekly reset at home.
• Shift: Early morning start times, delivering throughout the day.
• Operating Area: Multi-state regional routes covering AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
• Equipment: Well-maintained, late-model fleet (Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths).

Job Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Physical Work: 100% touch freight. Must be physically able to handle a box-by-box live unload using a roller system.
• Safety & Background: Accidents and tickets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
