Description

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Full- Time Dedicated Brand Ambassador/Area Supervisor to join our team!

We offer a highly competitive pay rate of $21- $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Signature Retail Services is the industry's premier retail sales, merchandising, and fixture installation company operating throughout the US. In this position, you will have the opportunity to represent a nationally known brand of home improvement products in major National Home Improvement chains. As a Brand Ambassador, you will spend approximately 20 hours per week merchandising products and conducting in-store product demonstrations to grow sales and drive brand awareness.

For the remaining 20 hours a week, you will be fulfilling the duties of an Area Supervisor (ASV) while working with other area team members to complete merchandising tasks and Special Projects in Home Improvement stores within the area. The ASV position is a working supervisor position that assists the Territory Manager with duties to help the local team execute to the highest possible level.

Sales Brand Ambassador Activities Include (20 hours/week):

  • Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service a dedicated store route within your assigned territory.
  • Maintain and merchandise authorized SKU's to approved layout and plan-o-gram.
  • Attending and conducting in-store brand events for well-known lumber/ building material products.
  • Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details.
  • Assess inventory needs to proactively suggest replenishment orders and coordinate with store personnel to meet demand.
  • Completing sales service reports and uploading photos while in store.
  • Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays.

Area Supervisor (ASV) Activities Include (20 hours/ week):

  • Assist in supporting new hire employees, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
  • Actively mentor your team to cultivate a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Effectively communicate with storemanagement and brand clients, addressing and resolving areas of concern.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Available to work a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule.
  • Proof of a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance coverage.
  • Access to a smartphone or tablet with email, picture, and internet access to complete reports while in store.
  • Experience with Lumber and/or Building Materials productsis a plus.
  • Experience representing products sold in national home improvement retailers like ACE Hardware, Home Depot, or Lowe's is a plus.
  • Communicates effectively with management team and store customers.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for sales and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Proficient in utilizing mobile technology.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
  • This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
