- Competitive pay starting at $31.42 to $36.14
- Actual salary determined by skill and experience
- Night shift – 12‑hour shift on a 2/2/3 schedule (two days on, two days off, three days on, rotating next week)

- Operate the printer; train and assist other operators
- Verify proper setup of printer equipment
- Inspect printers for quality defects during manufacturing
- Perform label design changeover setups
- Carry out preventative maintenance assignments
- Conduct hourly quality control checks to ensure equipment meets specifications
- Audit printer applications to verify SOP compliance
- Analyze spoilage, record causes and take corrective actions
- Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervision
- Follow all SOP operating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized area
- Candidate must pass the Crown Color/Hue test
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of manufacturing experience (high‑speed preferred)
- Associate/technical degree or related vocational/technical certification preferred
- Strong experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment re‑build
- Experience controlling high‑speed automated equipment
- High competency in micrometers, calipers and related tools
- Strong math and computer skills
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications
- Excellent communication skills in a team environment
