Job summary

You will inspect, handle, label, package, and document finished products, working closely with the Decking Lead and Operator to maintain continuous production and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Forklift experience preferred; certification required before operation

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and procedures; report hazards and incidents
• Support start-up, operation, shutdown, and changeovers
• Monitor line for product flow and quality concerns; communicate issues
• Inspect finished decking for color, length, and straightness
• Complete quality checks and document records
• Package and label finished goods per specs
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards
• Assist with line changeovers and setup preparation
• Prepare production reports and documentation
