Job summary

3M is hiring a Warehouse Operator in DeKalb, IL for full-time work in our Distribution Center. Shifts include 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:30 pm-10:30 pm and 3rd shift Sunday 10:30 pm – Friday 6:30 am.

The role involves hand assembly, machinery operation, packing, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities include using PCs for process monitoring, inventory transactions, and order processing, while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, extended hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and work at various machines or workstations to assemble products, package finished goods, and inspect product quality.
• Use computer systems to support operations, including process monitoring, data entry, inventory transactions, and order processing.
• Follow established procedures, safety requirements, and customer specifications to ensure quality products are produced and delivered on time.
• Fill, process, pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment and distribution.
