American Commercial Barge Line is seeking Fleet Deckhands to join their marine operations in Convent, Louisiana. These positions offer a unique rotating schedule that allows employees to go home every night while working on one of the nation’s largest inland fleets. What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Complete health questionnaire and pass physical abilities test
• Carry an 80lb wire for 200 feet without stopping or loss of balance
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, heat, and cold
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of navigation and safety procedures
• Adherence to ACBL, USCG, and environmental regulations
