This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: As a Deckhand assigned to the Mat Sinking Unit, you will be assigned to accomplish a combination of tasks in connection with the making up and breaking of tows. Two positions located in the MSU Maintenance and one position located on the Tender Harrison.
