Job summary

Burgess recruitment is seeking a Deckhand for a 60m motor yacht in Europe. Primarily deck-focused, you will handle exterior operations and assist with engineering maintenance and technical projects when required.

Ideal candidates hold deck certifications, are confident in deck duties, and have strong problem-solving skills. Visa readiness (Schengen, B1/B2) is required, with a start date of 1 November.

Primarily a Deckhand role, with opportunities to support the Engineering Department as needed. The successful candidate should be deck-focused, enjoy hands-on exterior operations, and be happy to assist with engineering maintenance and technical projects when required.

Start date: 1st November

Location: Europe

Salary: EUR 3000-3500 DOE

Leave: 60 days

Program & Itinerary: Private – Currently in the Med – Winter plans in Caribbean (Montenegro possible back up plan)
