Job summary

Burgess Recruitment is seeking a professional Service Steward(ess) for a 100m+ motor yacht, delivering exceptional guest service in a guest-facing role and contributing to a high-performing onboard team.

Start date ASAP; location Europe; salary is DOE; rotational 4:2 schedule. A strong hospitality background and valid STCW/ENG 1 and Schengen visa are required.

Qualifications

• STCW, ENG 1 and FH level 2 must be current and valid.
• Minimum 6 months yachting experience or high-end hospitality background.
• Schengen visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, guest-facing service on a 100m+ motor yacht.
• Maintain seamless service standards across all dining and bar areas.
• Collaborate with onboard team to ensure exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
• Previous high-end hospitality experience and/or a minimum of 6 months previous yachting.
• Knowledge of barista and mixology skills beneficial
• Confident in all areas of service
• Schengen visa required.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Europe

Salary: DOE

Leave: Rotational 4:2
