The role requires certifications in lifeguarding and CPR/AED, as well as two or more years of experience as a swim instructor. Qualifikationen

• Must pass background examinations (included with training).
• Experience in teaching or coaching youth preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned shift including supervision of on-deck employees.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck for the shift.
• Interact with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool facility and appropriate chemical levels.

Ausbildung

High school diploma or GED preferred

Two or more years as a swim instructor

Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach

College degree preferred

Tools

Lifeguard certification
