Goldfish Swim School is seeking a confident Deck Supervisor to lead shifts, coordinate deck operations, and coach our swim instructors, lifeguards, and deck assistants. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality lessons, while representing the Goldfish brand to families at every visit.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, a coaching mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to coach Swim Instructors and lifeguards.
• Strong communication to interact with families after lessons.
• Ability to give timely, specific feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the shift from start to finish; prepare the deck and run on-time, on-brand lessons.
• Coach instructors and lifeguards through direct observation and feedback.
• Interact with parents to discuss progress and act as a Goldfish Swim School ambassador.
• Complete daily supervisor logs and monitor attendance.
• Evaluate instructors and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure pool environment meets standards and coordinate coverage as needed.
• Step in as substitute instructor or lifeguard when required.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement training-driven actions.
