Job summary

Mountain Fence and Deck Company seeks a Deck Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial deck projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate clients, procurement, permitting, engineering, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget alignment with company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in PM and field supervision; experience with decks/exterior carpentry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial deck projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Oversee daily jobsite activity and coordinate subcontractors and crews.
• Maintain safety, codes, and quality per plans and standards.
• Maintain organized project documentation and act as primary client contact.
