The Business Systems Analyst & Project Specialist (hereafter, the incumbent) is a skilled and adaptable business and systems analysis, and project management professional.
The incumbent’s primary responsibilities include technical project management, and process improvement for the Investment team. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of multiple, complex, and varying technology projects, gathering and documenting requirements for complex new systems or system enhancements, interviewing business process owners, and analyzing existing processes and making recommendations.

This position follows the hybrid work model, currently requiring three days on-site and two days remote; the selected candidate must be able to work in the office any day of the week, as required by the manager.
