Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data analytics professional who works closely with customers and design teams to prioritize data requirements and translate them into decision-support applications. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation.
Provide analytic and consultative support to internal customers and external business partners.
Mentor colleagues with less experience on technical and business aspects of projects.
Determine how decision support systems will provide information to support business decisions.
Propose solutions to complex business problems using data analysis.
Take the lead in implementing recommended solutions.
Define issues and the approach for studies and projects; create new methods of analysis and data policies.
Model data sources and flows and define an operational framework for secure data delivery.
Assist in interpreting raw data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
