Job summary

You will model data sources, support decision systems, and drive innovative analytical approaches to deliver precise knowledge and information.

You will mentor teammates, lead in delivering solutions, and ensure security and governance while working with SAS, SQL, and other major databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research, or related field
• Experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent training in a business or clinical environment with direct responsibility for applying technology
• Strong technical skills with mainframe, PC and Internet-based technologies and large databases
• Proven ability to develop and present analytical findings to senior management

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation.
• Provide analytic and consultative support to internal customers and external partners.
• Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects.
• Determine how decision support systems deliver information for business decisions.
• Lead the implementation of recommended solutions.
• Define study approaches and develop new methods of analysis and performance measurement.
