You will develop models, translate needs into applications using SAS, SQL, and other tools, and lead solutions for complex business problems. The role involves mentoring teammates, delivering actionable insights to senior management, and ensuring secure, compliant data delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Master's degree preferred in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation.
• Provide analytic and consultative support to a broad spectrum of internal customer areas and external business partners.
• Mentor colleagues with less experience on both the technical and business aspects of project and consultative work.
• Determine how decision support systems will provide information to make effective business decisions and translate requirements into applications with appropriate tools.
• Propose solutions to complex business problems and take the lead in implementing recommendations.
• Define issues and approaches for studies and projects; create or adapt methods of analysis, database design and performance measurement.
• Perform data modeling and work with data management to implement policies and security for knowledge delivery.
• Assist in interpreting raw data and presenting findings to internal/external audiences; prepare reports or presentations.
