Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field or relevant experience
• 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research, or related field
• Experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent training and experience in a business or clinical environment
• Strong analytical and data modeling experience with data sources and flows
• Experience with decision support and reporting tools such as SAS, R, SQL and related platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation
• Provide analytic and consultative support to internal customers and external partners
• Mentor colleagues with less experience on technical and business aspects of projects
• Determine how decision support systems will provide information for business decisions
• Lead in implementing recommended solutions
• Define issues and approaches for studies and data analyses
• Develop and implement data models, security frameworks, and reporting solutions
• Prepare written reports and present findings to various stakeholders
