Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a skilled analyst to prioritize data requirements and support decision-making across projects. You will translate requirements into applications using SAS, SQL, and other tools, and model data sources and flows for secure delivery of knowledge.

You will mentor colleagues and lead solutions with strong communication to stakeholders. You will collaborate with data management teams to define operational frameworks, policies, and security practices to ensure accurate results

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research
Master's degree preferred in related field
Experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation.
Provide analytic and consultative support for internal customers and external partners.
Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects.
Determine how decision support systems provide information for business decisions.
