Memorial Health in Springfield is inviting new graduate RNs to join our nurse residency program on-site. You’ll begin your nursing career with structured support, mentorship from experienced nurses, and opportunities to grow through a nationally recognized residency track.

Starting December 2026, this program offers a comprehensive onboarding experience with paid time off, benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active or pending RN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification required.

Pay Transparency

Pay Transparency $30.23 - $48.37. Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
