Memorial Health in Springfield, IL is seeking an RN for the General Medical/Surgical Unit (4B). This full-time, day-shift role includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and three 12-hour shifts per week with every third weekend rotation.

You’ll care for adults in private rooms, perform complex procedures, and contribute to a Magnet hospital culture focused on compassionate, high-quality care. Requirements include Illinois RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within one year, and ADN/BSN preferred.

Formación

• Current RN license in Illinois required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within one year of hire date.
• ADN or BSN preferred, hospital experience a plus.

• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Manage central lines, IVs, drains and wound care.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.

Registered Nurse (RN) - General Medical/Surgical Unit (4B)

All private rooms with mostly middle to older adult population. Nurses care for all types of medical patients, including post-surgical patients.

Licensure/Certification/Registry

Pay Transparency

$30.23 - $48.37

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
