The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic negotiation, and client-focused communication. Travel up to 50% flexibly supports client meetings and project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proven track record of a minimum $10M/year sales.
• Experience with ESCO industry and Educational markets (K-12 & Higher ed).

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy and pipeline to sell professional services.
• Owns market strategies for new business opportunities and closes deals.
• Analyzes potential client opportunities under changing market conditions.
• Acts as the client’s single point of contact from initial sales to delivery.
