Job summary

PTMW, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Machine Support to join our PFAB team. You will load/unload metal cutting machines, stage materials, and finish parts by deburring or polishing. Use forklifts and hand tools, inspect parts with precision, and maintain a clean workspace for safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with machinists to optimize production, pass pre-employment checks, and adapt to repetitive tasks with strong stamina and focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and sustaining physical tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal cutting machines and stage raw materials for cutting.
• Finish metal parts by deburring, grinding or polishing as needed.
• Inspect machined parts using measuring tools to verify dimensions and surface finishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety practices.
• Collaborate with machinists to optimize production and meet targets.
