Job summary

Arrowhead Winch Inc. in Okmulgee, Oklahoma seeks a Product Handler for 1st shift to perform deburr and finishing tasks in a manufacturing setting. The role involves washing, grinding, deburring, sanding, rust prevention, and packing parts for downstream processing.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime potential. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $15.69 to $23.36, plus comprehensive benefits and a climate-controlled work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to operate pneumatic tools for burr removal.
• Must be able to recognize irregularities in form, fit or function.
• Experience with vibratory and sand blast machines preferred.
• Able to use material handling equipment to move parts.

Responsibilities

• Wash parts using a 5-stage phosphate washer or cabinet washer.
• Grind and deburr parts using pneumatic tools.
• Prepare parts for storage or shipment using rust preventative.
• Use cabinet sand blaster to prepare parts for processing.
• Determine packaging process for transportation.
• Operate a deburr and chamfer machine for heat treat prep.
• Palletize parts for next stage in process.
• Support improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Dump and manage trash and chips; keep aisles clean.
• Check and fill oil levels; refill oil totes as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe shop areas; ensure PPE compliance.
• Provide backfill support for deburr, moving parts as directed.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor immediately.
• Perform other general shop support duties as assigned.
