Job summary

Americor is seeking a Debt Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking financial solutions and guide them toward informed decisions.

Responsibilities include advising on debt settlement, handling inbound/outbound calls, and maintaining CRM records. The role requires 1 year of debt settlement enrollment experience, 2+ years of call center sales, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

At least 1 year enrolling customers into debt settlement programs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
2+ years sales experience in a call center with proven success.
CRM experience with accurate documentation.
Proficient in Google Workspace and email management.
Strong communication skills; able to explain financial concepts clearly.
Able to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess finances and determine if debt settlement is viable.
Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads.
Educate clients on debt settlement process, risks, and benefits.
Outline debt settlement terms, monthly payments, and resolution timeline.
Maintain detailed records in the CRM to ensure accountability.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Adhere to state and federal laws and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in the debt settlement industry.
