Job summary

DebtBlue, LLC in Richardson, TX is seeking driven Debt Settlement Negotiators who know how to communicate, negotiate, and win for clients. This is an in-office, full-time role on a fast-paced, metrics-driven floor where tough conversations are rewarded.

You will own a pipeline of client accounts, work toward monthly production goals, and develop settlement strategies based on each client’s finances. Compensation includes $20/hour, biweekly pay, monthly bonuses, and the potential for six-figure

• Debt settlement experience not required; training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic settlement approaches based on each client's financial situation.
• Work toward favorable settlement agreements while protecting the client's interests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple negotiations while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of our clients.
• Own your pipeline - manage a queue of client accounts, hitting monthly production goals that keep the department (and your paycheck) strong.
• Develop strategic settlement approaches based on each client's financial situation.
• Work toward favorable settlement agreements while protecting the client's interests.

• Manage multiple negotiations while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals.

Qualifications

Debt settlement experience not required - we will train the right person.

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Compensation & Incentives

DebtBlue Debt Settlement Negotiators are paid on an hourly + uncapped variable model, built to reward production without a ceiling:

• Hourly pay - $20/hour, paid biweekly.
• Monthly bonus - tiered structure based on monthly production.
• Average earnings - $65,000–$75,000/year. Top performers earn $90,000+.
• Overtime opportunities available
