This entry-level role focuses on calling consumers with existing payment plans to support timely debt recovery while delivering courteous service and meeting performance goals.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, comprehensive training, and a clear path into commission bonus eligible roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required—we will train you.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining composure.
• Attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by phone.
• Basic skiptracing.
• Negotiate repayment of debts according to firm/client standards.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and support a positive consumer experience in all interactions.
• Accurately enter data into database & tracking system.
• Review consumer files, keeping confidentiality at the highest level.
