Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and qualify potential clients for debt settlement.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls and build professional rapport.
• Gather financial details and verify income; understand debt-free goals.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and hand-off summary for senior reps.
• Maintain high activity: >=10 qualification calls per day.
• Make >=150 dials per day and 3 hours of talk time.
• Follow up on leads with at least 3 contact attempts daily.
• Ensure quality hand-offs and target 10%+ close rate.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
