Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read scripts.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads by conducting in-depth discovery calls to engage potential clients experiencing debt issues.
• Build professional rapport while gathering key details about the client’s financial situation, including debt causes, pain points, verified income, and goals.
• Qualify the opportunity by subtly demonstrating the need for a debt relief program and assessing fit for our services.
• Prepare a comprehensive, well-organized financial analysis and hand-off summary for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain high activity levels: complete a minimum of 10 qualification calls per day, 150 dials per day, and at least 3 hours of talk time.
