You will build rapport, gather financial details, and produce a comprehensive analysis and hand-off summary for the sales team. Strong communication, math skills, and organization are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads by conducting in-depth discovery calls to qualify potential clients for debt relief services.
• Build rapport and gather key financial information, including debt causes, pain points, verified income, and goals for becoming debt-free.
• Qualify opportunities by demonstrating need for debt relief and assess fit for services.
• Prepare a comprehensive financial analysis and hand-off summary for senior sales representatives to enable successful pitches and closes.
• Maintain high activity levels: 10 qualification calls per day, 150 dials per day, 3 hours of talk time.
