Qualifications

• Ability to read scripts and follow call scripts.
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads by conducting in-depth discovery calls to assess debt relief fit.
• Build rapport and gather financial details to understand goals for debt-free status.
• Prepare a comprehensive hand-off summary for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain high activity: 10 qualification calls per day, 150 dials per day, 3+ hours of talk time.
• Follow up on leads with at least 3 contact attempts per day.
• Ensure compliant documentation and adherence to regulations.
