• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; case management experience is a plus
• Paralegal Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage collection files from intake through resolution
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, motions, and pleadings
• Handle court e-filing, calendaring, and case management
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties
• Review account ledgers, calculate payoffs, and process payments
• Assist with discovery, legal research, hearings, and trial preparation
