Debt + Equity Producer

We are seeking a Debt + Equity Producer to join our Seattle, WA office. This individual will become a top Producer aiming to take their production to the next level. The role offers autonomy to build a business within our platform and responsibility for the leadership and bottom‑line success of their team.

Position Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, package, and appraise real estate and prepare investment proposals, with particular emphasis on multi‑family business.
• Apply investment standards, criteria, and program requirements, including money availability of institutional investors.
• Understand the closing and servicing function of the correspondent system.
• Establish key relationships with real estate owners/borrowers, investors, lenders, brokers, bankers, contractors, attorneys, environmental specialists, surveyors, title companies and other real estate groups.

What We're Looking For

• A four‑year college degree, preferably in real estate finance or business. An MBA is desirable.
• Minimum of three years experience as a CRE mortgage banker or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and a track record of originating real estate investment transactions aligning with the needs of both property owners and investors.
• Ability to fully analyze all aspects of an investment from both the property owner’s and investor’s perspectives.
• Expertise in negotiation and personal connections to major local real estate owners and investors.
• Knowledge of multi‑family loans and familiarity with Agency business (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) is a plus.
• Active memberships in local and national industry organizations.
• Willingness to engage in frequent local travel with occasional out‑of‑state travel.
