Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance or business; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of three years as a CRE mortgage banker or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze investments from owner and investor perspectives.
• Knowledge of multi-family loans and Agency programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, package, and appraise real estate investments.
• Understand investment standards, criteria, and institutional funding needs.
• Manage closing and servicing within the correspondent system.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
• Coordinate with title companies, environmental, surveyors as needed.
