Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar or pending admission.
• No disciplinary actions in last 10 years.
• Must be able to cover court appearances within Pennsylvania.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document review and preparation: analyze and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Court appearances: represent clients in hearings with guidance from experienced attorneys.
• Client interaction: build relationships and provide clear, professional support.
• Legal research: stay current on developments to support case strategy.
• Case management: organize and manage files for timely execution.
• Negotiations: learn settlement and negotiation with real-world practice.
