Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) seeks a detail-oriented Debt and Liability Management Analyst I to join our Finance team. You will apply financial analysis, data analytics, and technical expertise to support IHDA’s debt management and reporting in Illinois.

You’ll work with financial advisors, trustees, rating agencies, and internal teams to evaluate risks, improve reporting, and support informed decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial systems, databases, and controls.
• SQL and Power BI ability to query, validate, and analyze data and develop reports.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models and analyze cash flows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze debt obligations, cash flows, risks, and financing costs to support decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models for debt structures and project cash flows.
• Use SQL, Power BI, and Excel to create dashboards and improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with bond issuances, debt management activities, and related transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and disclosures.
• Monitor risk, regulatory compliance, and assist in process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support IHDA’s operations.
