Baird’s Debt Advisory team in New York is seeking curious, proactive analysts who want to grow through real transactions and mentorship. You’ll support financing and restructuring work, build financial models, and help prepare marketing materials for institutional clients.

You’ll work closely with senior bankers and participate in business development with corporate and PE clients, gaining exposure to multiple debt solutions and markets.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of prior experience in debt advisory, finance, or a related field.

• Familiarity with leveraged financing and debt advisory is preferred.

• Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing analytical support on financing and restructuring transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial analyses, developing marketing documents and models, and administering marketing and due diligence processes.
• Assist senior bankers in business development efforts with corporate and PE clients.
• Develop skills through broad exposure to clients, investors and Baird bankers.
• Use AI tools like Rogo and auxi and Power BI to generate data-driven insights for client materials.
