Job summary

Baird's Debt Advisory team in New York seeks a motivated junior banker to support financing and restructuring deals from the start. You’ll build models, prepare marketing materials, and assist senior bankers with client outreach, gaining broad exposure to debt markets.

You will work closely with mentors, participate in lean deal teams, and leverage AI tools like Rogo, auxi and Power BI to deliver data-driven client materials and insights.

Qualifications
