Qualifications

• Proven analytical ability with financial concepts and valuations.
• Interest or experience in mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
• Academic record and passion for finance but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services.
• Prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials.
• Contribute to business development through research, analysis, and client meeting prep.
• Collaborate with junior and senior bankers to gain hands-on experience across deal stages.
