Responsibilities

• Meet product standards, while maintaining or improving product yield.
• Ensure a safe work environment and monitor issues on the production lines.
• Complete appropriate paperwork daily.
• Responsible for training and developing employees in all job areas.
• Work to continuously manage and improve the products and processes.
• Help develop objectives and standards for production lines and monitor results for improvements.
• Observe the plant to identify hazards and ensure safety reporting and investigations are handled promptly.
